WHAT IS A KICKBALL MIXER?
The Sunday Kickball Mixer is a single-game pickup event designed to bring the community together. Whether you've never played before or you're a seasoned veteran looking to get extra reps in — this game is for you.
We'll split 30 players into two teams of 15 and play one full 9-inning game. New players get to learn the ropes from veterans in a low-pressure environment. When the final kick is over, the party moves to Two Social.

Come out to Kettering Fields on May 17th and play in the game. That's all you have to do.

If you show up and play, your $5 is returned as a site credit on your LeagueApps account. Use it toward any future GCSS league or pickup game.
Why the $5 deposit? Pickup games rely on having enough players for a full game. This deposit ensures everyone who registers actually shows up so we don't end up short-handed on game day.

WHAT TO EXPECT
The night before the game, all 30 registered players will receive an email with everything they need to know — where to meet on the field, which team they're on, and what color shirt to wear (light or dark).
Saturday Evening Email
Get your team assignment, field meeting spot, and shirt color the night before.
Show Up in Your Shirt
Wear a light or dark colored shirt based on your team assignment — no jersey needed.
Play & Learn
Veterans will show new players the ropes. Everyone plays. Everyone has fun.
Head to Two Social
After the final out, the whole group heads to Two Social for the after-party.
