These merchandise terms apply to one-off products purchased from the Gem City Social Sports Printify team store. They do not apply to league registration or the basic team shirt included with registration.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
If you wish to purchase a product made available through the Service (a "Purchase"), you may be asked to supply information relevant to that Purchase, including payment, billing, and shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
Items are printed on demand by Printify. Normal paid orders are submitted to production immediately. Checkout is limited to Ohio delivery addresses and uses the standard shipping price quoted by Printify.
Gem City Social Sports is dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and fun environment. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts for behavior that violates our community standards, including harassment, discrimination, or unsportsmanlike conduct.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
